After his resurrection, Jesus's first words to his disciples were "Peace be with you".
"Peace be with you":
This is the first recorded greeting Jesus gave to his disciples after his resurrection.
"Do you have anything here to eat?":
He asked for food, likely to further prove his human nature and that he was not a spirit-
"This is what I told you while I was still with you":
He reminded them of his teachings about the scriptures and how they would be fulfilled.
"This is what is written":
He then explained how his death and resurrection were foretold in the Law of Moses, the Prophets, and the Psalms.
"You are witnesses of these things":
He assigned them the role of witnessing his resurrection and spreading the gospel.
"I am going to send you what my Father has promised":
He promised them the gift of the Holy Spirit, which would empower them to carry out their mission.
"Repentance and forgiveness of sins is to be preached in [the Messiah's] name to all nations, beginning at Jerusalem":
He outlined the message that they were to preach.
What did Jesus do right after his resurrection?
Jesus appeared to his disciples and engaged deeply with them, strengthening their faith and preparing them for the work ahead.
Take note how the red light flare is on me but ran through the algorithm it goes away. Hint hint.
